As all kits are imported/customized to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or customized name/number prints unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or printing error.
Because all jerseys are custom sourced and imported based on individual orders, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing choice, change of mind after order confirmation, or cancellation requests.

If a jersey is received with a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, you are fully eligible for a replacement exchange or a refund, subject to inspection and verification by our quality control team.
Any issues, defects, or incorrect products received must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your package. Claims submitted after the 48-hour period will not be eligible for review.
For approved claims, KitCulture covers standard courier costs ranging between Rs. 400 and Rs. 500. If you choose premium same-day services (like PickMe Flash, Uber Delivery), any cost exceeding the standard courier fee is the customer's responsibility.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, returned items must be: completely unused and unworn, in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact, and show no signs of washing, alterations, or misuse.

Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram with your order number, clear photos or videos of the defect, and a brief description.
Once approved, ship the unused item back in its original packaging. KitCulture covers standard courier costs (Rs. 400 - Rs. 500).
Once received and verified, refunds are processed within 3 working days. Exchanges are added to the next pre-order batch.
Approved returns should be packaged securely and sent via local courier services to our warehouse. Please share tracking details as soon as the package is dispatched.
